Website Evaluation Blue Letter Bible - 1256 Words

Website Evaluation The website I have chosen for evaluation is â€Å"Blue Letter Bible† and its URL is: (http://www.blueletterbible.org/help/videoHelps.cfm#section2). The main reason which gets my attention towards this particular website is its powerful tools which are helpful for complete and comprehensive study of the Bible. Since, I have not study the Bible in my life before this course. So, I need a website which is comprehensive as well as easy to understand. I found this site very helpful for beginner. So, in the beginning of my journey of Bible studies translation and understanding of the bible parable has intrigued me a lot. The website is more or less a short library having all the basic information and resources related to Bible. The website has five main sections as: Quick Start Guide, Essential- the Bible, Essentials- Word Searching, Customization, Advanced BLB. The website was started in 1995 with the King James Version, online commentaries, followed by audio sermons along with oth er versions of Bible. Until 2011, BLB is able to deliver almost 680,000 content pages for public use. The founder of the project is a renowned person Don Stewart, a Pentecostal minister along with a purported faith healer. Along with plethora of blogs and articles, Don Stewart has written 20 books as well.
